Pelatihan Teknologi Informasi bagi Kelompok Masyarakat
Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi membantu kelompok masyarakat mendokumentasikan kegiatan dan membagikan informasi.
Di era digital ini, Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) telah menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan masyarakat. Namun, di desa-desa, akses dan pemanfaatan TIK masih tertinggal dibandingkan dengan di perkotaan. Hal ini menyebabkan kesenjangan digital yang berakibat pada keterhambatan pembangunan desa dan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya, Padahal pemanfaatan TIK yang baik memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan pengembangan potensi desa seta kesejahteraan masyarakat desa dan kelompok-kelompok di desa. Namun masih banyak diantaranya yang belum memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memadai untuk memanfaatkan TIK secara optimal.
Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kelompok di desa terhadap pemanfaatan TIK. Hal ini dapat dilakukan melalui beberapa strategi salah satunya adalah workshop. Di Desa Buruk Bakul sendiri, Yayasan Gambut dan Kelompok Sekat Bakau Desa Buruk Bakul mengadakan workshop untuk peningkatan kelompok dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang mana Serindit.id menjadi narasumber dalam workshop pemanfaatan TIK tersebut. Aktifitas ini merupakan bagian dari serangkaian program konservasi ekosistem mangrove bersama Global Environment Centre dengan dukungan ARAMCO Asia Singapore

Workshop ini juga didukung dengan partisipasi aktif Pemerintah Kecamatan Bukit Batu dan Pemerintah Desa Buruk Bakul serta lembaga swadaya masyarakat sekitar yang menjadi dorongan utama dalam kegiatan pelatihan. Peserta workshop adalah kelompok-kelompok desa, perangkat desa, masyarakat Desa dan para pemuda di Desa Buruk Bakul. Materi yang diberikan seputar pemanfaatan fitur-fitur internet yang bisa digunakan melalui Handphone seperti penggunaan fitur AI, penyimpan Cloud Storage, pemanfaatan social media dan pemanfaatan aplikasi gratis untuk pengemasan informasi yang menarik. Kenapa melalui Handphone? Karena hal ini ditujukan untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam pemanfaatkan fitur-fitur tersebut karena mudah dijangkau dan fleksibel.
Pemateri dalam proses pelatihan adalah Tim Serindit.id, memberikan materi tentang pembuatan “Video Gampil” untuk masyarakat dan kelompok desa agar dapat mengembangkan dan mempromosikan potensi desa melalui media social masing-masing. Hal ini juga bertujuan agar informasi dan komunikasi dapat tersebar luas dengan baik dan menarik melalui “Video Gampil” dengan penyajian sederhana tetapi sangat informatif.
Sambutan Oleh Pemerintah Desa Buruk Bakul
Dalam pelatihan kali ini di buka oleh Camat Bukit Batu, juga di hadiri oleh Danramil Buki batu serta pemerintah desa buruk bakul. peserta yang hadir tidak hanya dari Kelompok Sekat Bakau saja, antara lain perwakilan dari Yayasan Bahtera Melayu, KTH Pakning Asal, Kelompok Perempuan Desa Buruk Bakul, KTH Kerapu, KTH MEP Gawar, KTWMJ Desa Temiang, KTH Sepahat Hijau, POKDARWIS Kampung Kayu Ara.
Setiap peserta melakukan praktek langsung terkait materi yang telah dijelaskan dengan output masing-masing, peserta membuat 1 video konten edukasi dan perkenalan. Praktek yang dilakukan untuk membuat peserta paham dan langsung mengamalkan materi tersebut. Partisipasi aktif dan semangat peserta menjadi cerminan keberhasilan workshop tersebut. Serindit.id melakukan survei respons melalui sticky notes yang dibagikan ke masing-masing peserta untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahamannya. Banyak dari peserta yang sudah paham terkait pemanfaatan TIK dan pembuatan “Video Gampil” tersebut, namun peserta merasa belum mempunyai ide kreatif untuk membuat konten yang menarik sehingga menjadi perhatian orang-orang apabila diposting di social media.
In this digital era, Information and Communication Technology (TIK) has become an integral part of community life. However, in villages, access to and utilization of TIK are still lagging behind those in urban areas. This has resulted in a digital divide that hinders village development and community welfare, even though the proper use of TIK has great potential to improve village potential and community welfare. Nevertheless, many community groups still lack the necessary knowledge and skills to utilize TIK optimally.
Therefore, efforts are needed to increase the capacity of village groups in utilizing TIK. This can be done through several strategies, one of which is workshops. In Buruk Bakul Village itself, Yayasan Gambut and the Sekat Bakau Group of Buruk Bakul Village held a workshop to improve the group's ability in utilizing information and communication technology, with Serindit.id as a speaker in the TIK utilization workshop. This activity is part of a series of mangrove ecosystem conservation programs with the Global Environment Centre, supported by ARAMCO Asia Singapore

This workshop was also supported by the active participation of the Bukit Batu Subdistrict Government and the Buruk Bakul Village Government, as well as local community organizations, which were the main drivers of the training activities. The workshop participants were village groups, village officials, Buruk Bakul Village community members, and youths in Buruk Bakul Village. The materials provided were about the use of internet features that can be used through mobile phones, such as the use of AI features, cloud storage, social media, and free applications for packaging interesting information. Why through mobile phones? Because this is intended to make it easier for the community to use these features, as they are easily accessible and flexible.
The instructor in the training process was the Serindit.id team, providing material on creating “Video Gampil” for the community and village groups to develop and promote village potential through their respective social media. This also aims to disseminate information and communication widely and attractively through “Video Gampil” with simple but very informative presentations.
Remarks from the Buruk Bakul Village Government
In this training, the opening was attended by the Camat of Bukit Batu, also attended by the Danramil of Bukit Batu and the Buruk Bakul Village Government. The participants who attended were not only from the Sekat Bakau Group, but also included representatives from Yayasan Bahtera Melayu, KTH Pakning Asal, the Buruk Bakul Village Women's Group, KTH Kerapu, KTH MEP Gawar, KTWMJ Temiang Village, KTH Sepahat Hijau, POKDARWIS Kampung Kayu Ara.
Each participant practiced directly related to the material that had been explained, with each participant producing 1 educational or introductory video. The practice was carried out to make the participants understand and directly apply the material. The active participation and enthusiasm of the participants were a reflection of the success of the workshop. Serindit.id conducted a response survey through sticky notes distributed to each participant to determine their level of understanding. Many of the participants already understood the use of TIK and the creation of “Video Gampil”, but the participants felt that they still lacked creative ideas to create interesting content that would attract people's attention when posted on social media.
